THE PROPOSALS
The site is allocated under policy P3 in the emerging Epping Forest District Council Local Plan. Manor Oak Homes is working closely with other site promoters, Epping Forest District Council and their statutory consultees to bring forward a masterplan for the site that deliv- ers the much needed 740 new homes, 5 traveller pitches, approximately 10 hectares of Public Open Space and a Local Centre in line with the policy P3 requirements.
We are at an early stage in the master planning process. To date we have undertaken work to assess the key constraints and opportuni/es for the site. We are now seeking residents views on the high level proposals to ensure we deliver a vision for the site that works for the community. Further informtion on our proposals can be found at:
